Frequently asked questions

Why can’t I book more than one session in a day?
We really appreciate your enthusiasm, but we really need to share the love, and the riding space. We also don’t think it is wise for people to train the same obstacles over and over on the same day. This creates burnout and becomes a safety issues. Take your new found confidence and find a trail to ride! After all, we love it when people put their skills to practice!

What is your cancellation/refund policy?
Our policy is we are unable to issue any refunds within 24 hours of the scheduled ride time. If you are unable to make your ride time, but know of someone who can, please let us know. If your original booking is filled by someone else, we will issue a refund. We can also provide a credit towards a future session if you prefer. Simply send us an email to let us know! What happens if the weather is bad?
Colorado often has 4 seasons in one day. As much as we would like to, we cannot change the weather. That being said, rider safety is our number one priority. If there is a lightning storm, hail storm or other acts of nature that deem the facility unsafe, all motorcycle activity will cease immediately. If the event lasts longer than 1 hour, a partial refund may be issued. This will be determined on a case by case basis.

I prefer to train alone. How many people will I have to be there with?
Our DIY Training sessions have a maximum number of 8 attendees. Each rider must register and book via the website. Our goal in building this facility is to also build community. This is your opportunity to make new friends. Besides, the new friends you make out here may help you pick up your bike when you drop it!

Why are Twilight Sessions only 2 hours?
We think you know the answer to this one.

I have booked the morning session but will only use 2 hours. Do I get refunded the rest of what I paid?
All 4 hour session prices are fixed, no matter if you use all 4 hours or stop early. If you think you will only ride 2 hours, consider booking a Twilight session instead.

Do you carry insurance?
We sure do! We know that you do too! (Remember that liability form you signed?!)

What happens if I get injured while training at The FARM?
We all know that riding motorcycles carries some amount of risk. Use your best judgement when considering if you should tackle a certain obstacle on your own or not. If anything were to happen, we have someone on site at all times. In the event of an emergency, we dial 911

Do you have rental bikes?
We are proudly partnered with Colorado Motorcycle Adventures. If you are looking to rent a bike, reach out them and tell them you will be riding at The FARM

I forgot to sign my liability waiver online. Can I still come?
Everyone entering the property, whether they are riding or spectating, is required to sign a liability waiver. We have hard copies at the gate, but to maximize your time here, we recommend you complete it before arrival

I’m not sure if I want to pay for a professional coaching session. Can I just come to watch?
Professional coaching sessions are closed to spectators. To get all the tips and tricks, please take a class. These are worth every single cent. You can tell your insurance company you took a riding class and they will usually reduce your premium.

I turned up to try but the gates were closed. What’s up with that?
Riders who are booked and confirmed will be sent a text message on the day of their scheduled booking with a gate code. This code changes each session.

I read somewhere that the owners of The FARM did some type of riding competition. Can you tell me more?
It’s true! We started training for the GS Trophy Qualifiers in a small corner of The FARM when it was owned by our friends who were gracious enough to let us use their space. They then offered for us to buy the place, and the rest is HER-story

I ride a dirt bike. Can I still come and train at The FARM?
We know everyone rides different types of bikes so all are welcome with few exceptions: no loud dirt bikes will be allowed due to consideration for our neighbors. Also, if you have a small cc dirt bike remember our rules, no fast motocross type riding is allowed. (again, remember that waiver you signed?) Megs Braap is running a Dirt Bike Enduro class at The FARM in June. Perhaps that would be a great time to come and see what we have.

I’m an instructor. Can I run classes at The FARM?
Please contact us via email: thefarmadv@gmail.com We have specialized rates and packages for recognized trainers.
